Our  story

For many years, we spend our summer holidays in  Croatia, in our favorite town Zadar. Hospitality is not a vain word here, people will spend time with you sharing stories...

​

So many bars are there, it's a real institution here to"Chakulanay"(talking in Dalmatian) and take a coffee at anytime of the day with friends or for trade some business. 

​

We build our dream in Zadar with our touristical project and​ we created a few rental apartments. One is situated in center of Old Town and the other a few minutes by walk. We selected the buildings for their past each are build around 1906 to 1918.

​

We choose MARCEL like a reference to a famous name in France in the twenties. In antique Zara, Marc appears in many form in the city such like a lion such sculps to walls.
